Stepping Out
Do you want to keep fit and have fun?
2pm to 4pm on Thursday afternoons at Greatness Park, Sevenoaks
Stepping Out is an opportunity to:
- exercise regularly
- keep fit as you get older
- meet new people
- listen to speakers

have discussions about topics that are relevant to your life

contribute your own ideas to the programme of activities.
How do I register with Brighter Futures?
There is a one off Brighter Futures registration fee of £10. Once registered with Brighter Futures you will be entitled to make use of any of the Brighter Futures services.

Difficulty using public transport? Help is available through the Brighter Futures Driving Service by car or minibus – 50p a mile with a minimum charge of £4.00 for cars and £2.50 for the minibus on a first come, first served basis.
Refreshments will be available each week at a reasonable cost.
